Spring cooling system checkup:

• Check refrigerant level
• Amp draw on system
• Check microfares of capacitor
• Check continuity of contactor
• Clear main and auxiliary drain lines
• Check return air filter
• Wash outside condenser coil

Fall furnace system checkup:

• Gas valve operating correctly
• Check for Gas leaks in furnace
• Check gas ignitor and ensure operationally sound
• Blower amp draw
• Check return air filter

15% Off all service calls and repairs ( Does not include new equipment or system replacement)

This maintenance plan does not cover any service calls or repairs outside of the standard items listed above during each visit. If during the scheduled visit a repair is needed, we will contact you for authorization to complete the scope of work with information and pricing.
